The CLK diffusion type cyclone dust collector has an inverted conical shape, which reduces the possibility of dust containing gas short circuiting from the cylinder to the outlet. Working principle of CLK diffusion cyclone dust collector:

Dust containing gas enters the cylinder in a tangential direction through a rectangular air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust is thrown towards the wall of the cylinder and rotates downwards with the rotating air flow. Most of the airflow is diverged by the reflection screen and rotates upwards through the exhaust pipe, while a small portion of the airflow enters the ash hopper through the annular gap between the dust reflection screen and the cone. The diameter of the lower part of the shell increases, and the rotating airflow slows down. The dust is captured and collected in the ash hopper under the inertia effect, and the gas is discharged through the ventilation hole of the reflection screen to the exhaust pipe.

Structural design of CLK diffusion cyclone dust collector:

The diameter and height of the outer cylinder of a cyclone dust collector have a significant impact on its performance. The smaller the diameter of the outer cylinder, the greater the centrifugal force exerted by the airflow on the dust particles.
