Feed import platform: used to place and guide the color steel coil material, so that the sheet can accurately enter the forming host, protecting the smoothness and accuracy of the feed.
Molding host: It is the core part of the equipment, consisting of multiple sets of molding molds. Usually, the forming molds for the 820 and 840 types have different numbers of rows. Through the rolling action of the upper and lower molds, the color steel plate is gradually pressed into two specifications of corrugated shapes, 820mm and 840mm.
Forming cutting device: Generally driven by hydraulic pressure, it cuts the pressed color steel tiles to a fixed length according to the set length, confirms the dimensional accuracy of the product, and protects the consistent length of the cut color steel tiles.
Hydraulic station: provides power for the hydraulic system of the equipment, including components such as oil pump, oil tank, hydraulic valve, etc. It provides stable hydraulic power for the forming shear device and other components that may require hydraulic drive, protecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Computer control system: using PLC (programmable logic controller) combined with touch screen or control panel to achieve automatic control of equipment. Operators can set various parameters such as board thickness, corrugated length, forming speed, etc. through the computer control system, and can also achieve functions such as automatic cutting to length and automatic counting.
