Regenerative catalytic combustion equipment, also known as regenerative furnace, is a device that uses high-temperature air or flue gas heat for preheating. Its main feature is to store the heat generated by fuel combustion during the combustion process, which is used to preheat the air or flue gas entering the furnace, thereby improving thermal efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
Regenerative catalytic combustion equipment is an organic waste gas treatment device that combines low-temperature catalytic oxidation with thermal storage technology. It is used as an environmental protection equipment for purifying medium and high concentration organic waste gases. RCO regenerative catalytic combustion equipment is developed on the basis of RTO regenerative incineration equipment. A layer of catalyst is arranged on the regenerative ceramic layer of the regenerative equipment to catalyze the combustion and decomposition of the incoming exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water at 200 ℃ -400 ℃, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the exhaust gas.
The working principle of regenerative catalytic combustion equipment can be divided into the following steps:
1. Fuel combustion: Fuel is mixed with air in a regenerative combustion device and ignited before combustion. The combustion of fuel generates a large amount of heat, which is stored in the heat storage body.
2. Heat storage: The heat generated by combustion is transferred to the heat storage material through the heat storage body, causing the temperature of the heat storage body to increase. During this process, heat is stored in the thermal storage body, forming a high-temperature heat source.
3. Preheating air or flue gas: When it is necessary to heat air or flue gas, the regenerative combustion equipment releases the stored high-temperature heat to preheat the air or flue gas entering the furnace. This can reduce fuel consumption and improve thermal efficiency.
4. Emission purification: During the operation of regenerative combustion equipment, harmful substances in the exhaust gas will be effectively treated, reducing environmental pollution. Meanwhile, the combustion products of regenerative combustion equipment are mainly carbon dioxide and water vapor, which have relatively low environmental pollution.
Thermal storage catalytic combustion equipment has the following advantages in practical applications:
1. Energy saving: Thermal storage combustion equipment can fully utilize the heat generated by fuel and store it for preheating air or flue gas, thereby reducing fuel consumption and achieving energy-saving effects.
2. Reduce emissions: Regenerative combustion equipment produces less exhaust gas during the combustion process, and the harmful substances in the exhaust gas are effectively treated, which is conducive to reducing environmental pollution.
3. Improve thermal efficiency: Regenerative combustion equipment uses high-temperature air or flue gas heat for preheating, improving thermal efficiency and allowing energy to be more fully utilized.
4. Strong adaptability: Regenerative combustion equipment is suitable for various types of combustion systems, such as industrial boilers, heating systems, etc., and has strong universality.
