PTFE coated polyester needle punched felt dust removal


The PTFE film covered polyester needle punched felt dust removal bag is made of polytetrafluoroethylene fiber and a filtering material made of three-dimensional needle punching. The working temperature can reach 250 degrees or above, with good performance, no aging, and long service life. It is mainly suitable for chemical, power, garbage incineration, liquid filtration, etc. The PETF needle punched felt can meet various harsh environmental conditions.
Advantages of PTFE coated polyester needle punched felt dust removal bag:
1. The pore size of the thin film is between 0.2-3 μ m, and the filtration efficiency can reach above, achieving almost zero emissions. After cleaning, the porosity remains unchanged and the dust removal efficiency remains high.
2. When PTFE coated polyester needle punched felt dust removal bag is first used, the pressure loss is higher than that of ordinary dust removal bag. However, after being put into operation, the pressure loss does not change much with the increase of usage time, while the pressure loss of ordinary dust removal bag will increase with the extension of usage time.
3. Ordinary dust removal bags are prone to dust entering the interior during use and accumulate more and more until the pores are blocked, rendering them unusable. When using PTFE membrane filter material, the filtered dust is easily removed from the surface of the membrane, with good cleaning effect, long cycle, and low cleaning pressure intensity, thereby improving the service life of the dust removal bag and reducing the operating cost of the product.
The content to be verified and tested for PTFE coated polyester needle punched felt dust removal cloth bags:
1. Mechanical properties: such as the breakage and elongation at break of dust removal cloth bags, the elongation at warp and weft load of cloth bags, and the expansion and rupture of filter materials.
2. Dust filtration characteristics: such as resistance coefficient, static dust removal efficiency, dynamic dust removal efficiency, dynamic resistance of filter material, resistance coefficient, and dust removal rate.
3. Functional characteristics: such as temperature resistance, performance, electrostatic properties, hydrophobicity, etc.
4. The physical properties of dust collector bags, such as the unit area mass, thickness, amplitude, organization of woven fabrics, fabric density, volume density of non-woven fabrics, porosity, etc.
5. Appearance inspection of dust collector bags: punctures, defects, black spots, jumpers, broken wires, joints, etc. Under normal flue gas temperature conditions, only the cloth bag needs to be able to withstand temperatures below 150 ℃. In these situations, chemical fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, and nylon can be basically competent.
