submerged arc furnace Bag Dust Collector

The design characteristics of the Bag Dust Collector system for mineral thermal furnaces are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. The host material is made of steel plate, and the filter bag filtration chamber is equipped with a temperature alarm system to detect and prevent excessive temperature in a timely manner. At the same time, the application of automatic cooling air operated valves also confirms temperature control during the filtration process.
The dust collection in the workshop adopts a semi open design, which makes it easier to collect dust and reduces air pollution in the workshop.
3. The system is equipped with a pre installed cyclone and multi tube cooling system, which can reduce the temperature to+150 ℃. This design ensures that the dust collector works normally in high-temperature environments and reduces damage to the equipment.
4. The unloading system adopts a rotating star shaped unloader and a screw conveyor, which not only protects the airtightness but also removes dust in a timely manner, making the equipment more stable during operation.
5. The dust removal filter bag adopts fiberglass filter material, which can instantly withstand temperatures of+260 ℃ and withstand temperatures of+240 ℃ for a long time. This design can confirm that the filter bag can still maintain good filtering effect in high temperature environments.
6. Fine dust will be thoroughly removed by the pulse bag filter system, and clean air will be discharged outdoors through the outlet of the induced draft fan. This design can make the air in the workshop fresher.
7. The bag filter cover of the ore blast furnace adopts a fixed semi closed cover design, which is arranged above the furnace body and designed as an arched structure that matches the airflow line. The size of the sealed cover is determined to be 2.8m * 2.4m * 0.857m. This design can effectively collect smoke and dust inside the furnace.
The dust hood used in the bag filter of the ore blast furnace can capture the flue gas from the entire process of feeding, smelting, slag removal, and discharging. The application of excellent technology in economic flow rate pipelines has also improved the operational efficiency of the system. The operation system is controlled automatically by PLC, with a good degree of automation and complete system protection functions. This design can make the entire system more stable and effective.
A large amount of smoke and dust is generated during the production process of the ore blast furnace, and the dust collector is a key equipment in the system. Its working condition directly affects the success or failure of the entire system Therefore, every step of the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operation of the dust collector needs to be carefully arranged. In order to protect the long-term and stable operation of the dust collector under various environmental conditions, and to reflect the optimal price performance ratio of the dust collector, it has been decided to adopt the XLCM type long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector.
Working principle of bag filter for ore blast furnace
The gas purification method of the bag filter for the ore blast furnace is external filtration, and the dusty gas enters each unit filter chamber through the guide pipe and passes through the flue gas guide device in the ash hopper of the equipment; Due to the sufficient and reasonable clearance between the bottom of the bag and the upper opening of the air inlet in the design, the airflow is evenly distributed throughout the entire filtering chamber through appropriate guidance and natural flow distribution; The particulate dust in the dusty gas is separated by natural settling and directly falls into the ash hopper, while the remaining dust is guided by the flow guide system and enters the filtering area of the middle box with the airflow, adsorbing on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas passes through the filter bag, passes through the upper box, and is discharged through the exhaust pipe through the offline butterfly valve.
The filter bag uses compressed air for blowing and cleaning, and the cleaning mechanism consists of an air bag, a blowing tube, and an electromagnetic pulse control valve. Each row of filter bags in the filtration room is equipped with a spray pipe at the top of the outlet. The lower side of the spray pipe is directly facing the center of the filter bag and has a spray port. Each spray pipe is equipped with a pulse valve and is connected to the compressed air bag. When cleaning the dust, the solenoid valve opens the pulse valve, and compressed air is sprayed towards the filter bag through the nozzle. It is injected into the inside of the filter bag together with the surrounding gas, causing the filter bag to shake in multiple ways and forming a back blowing airflow from inside to outside, removing the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag and achieving the purpose of cleaning the dust.
As the filtration process progresses, when the surface area of the filter bag reaches a certain amount of dust, the dust cleaning control device (differential pressure or timing, manual control) opens the electromagnetic pulse valve according to the set program and sprays compressed air through each pulse valve in a short time sequence through the nozzle on the spraying pipe, inducing several times the amount of air injected into the filter bag, forming an air wave, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate from the bag mouth to the bottom, resulting in a strong dust cleaning effect and shaking off the dust on the filter bag.
The dust falling into the ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge valve and then output through the ash conveying system.
