The dust collector for the blast furnace ore tank adopts an effective low-pressure pulse back blowing device, which has the characteristics of good dust removal efficiency, good safety performance, easy control and maintenance, and small footprint. The dust removal efficiency is above 90%, and the emission concentration meets the new national emission standard of ≤ 20mg/Nm3.
The blast furnace ore tank dust collector is a process that introduces semi clean gas that has undergone gravity dust removal into a bag box. The gas is filtered through glass fiber felt filter bags to remove particulate dust from the semi clean gas, reducing the dust content in the gas to below 10mg/Nm3. The dust is collected and utilized through bag blowback and ash discharge. The filter bag frame has a circular cross-section, which is conducive to reducing the wear of the frame on the filter bag. The filter bag is embedded in the flower plate by the elastic expansion ring sewn at the bag mouth, and the filter bag frame is supported by the flower plate. There are 17 nozzles with different diameters on the spray pipe, aligned with the center of each filter bag. This dust collector does not install an injector, but directly uses the bag mouth for injection.
Principle of dust collector for blast furnace ore tank:
The blast furnace ore tank dust collector is a device that uses centrifugal force and gravity to separate dust. When the blast furnace charge enters the ore tank, due to the centrifugal force, dust will be separated and deposited at the bottom of the ore tank. Meanwhile, gravity can also cause larger particles to settle at the bottom. After being treated by a dust collector, the concentration of dust in the furnace charge is greatly reduced, avoiding environmental pollution.
The dust collector for blast furnace ore tank has the following characteristics:
1. The dust collector in the blast furnace ore tank adopts a low-pressure pulse back blowing dust cleaning device. The filter bag material adopts polyester needle punched felt laminated composite filter material, which has the characteristics of good purification effect and long service life.
2. To prevent pollution caused by fan noise, the dust removal fan is selected as an efficient and low-noise fan, and sound-absorbing materials are added to the fan housing to achieve the effect of noise reduction.
3. Due to the periodic variation of the smelting process, the fan is equipped with a liquid viscosity governor, which can adjust the height according to the working conditions of the blast furnace ore tank. Low speed regulation can be achieved by exchanging control operations between the furnace front operating room and the dust removal system operating room to protect and reduce energy consumption for energy-saving purposes.
4. The dust removal system is controlled by a PLC computer system, and all detection and control items are entered into the PLC computer system. Computers are responsible for monitoring and managing the entire system.
Application of Blast Furnace Ore Tank Dust Collector:
Blast furnace ore bin dust collectors are widely used in metallurgical engineering, especially in the pretreatment process of blast furnace burden. By using a blast furnace ore bin dust collector, the dust concentration in the furnace charge can be reduced, the quality of the charge can be improved, and the pollution to the environment can be reduced. In addition, blast furnace ore tank dust collectors can also be used in other industrial industries, such as cement, chemical, and power industries.
