Catalytic combustion has the characteristics of design principles, materials, stable performance, easy operation, energy saving, no secondary pollution, and low operating costs. The desorption time and desorption cycle can be determined according to the usage situation. The desorption time of activated carbon cartridge is generally 5-10 hours, and the desorption cycle is 10-15 days. The activated carbon bed that adsorbs exhaust gas can catalyze the combustion of exhaust gas for desorption, and the desorbed gas is sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification without increasing energy consumption, with low operating costs and energy savings.
What waste gas is treated by catalytic combustion:
1. Can be used for the purification treatment of solvents (mixed waste gases such as benzene, alcohols, ketones, esters, phenols, ethers, alkanes, etc.).
2. Suitable for exhaust gas purification in industries such as wires, cables, enameled wires, machinery, motors, chemicals, instruments, automobiles, bicycles, motorcycles, engines, magnetic tapes, plastics, household appliances, etc.
3. It can be used in various drying lines such as drying tunnels, iron printing and canning, surface painting, printing ink, motor insulation treatment, leather shoe adhesive, etc., to purify the exhaust gas generated in each process.
The RCO catalytic combustion equipment device is a waste gas treatment equipment. The purification device of the RCO catalytic combustion equipment is designed based on two basic principles: adsorption (excellent efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving), namely adsorption concentration catalytic combustion method. The equipment adopts dual gas path continuous operation, and the two adsorption beds of the equipment can be alternately used.
The waste gas containing substances is processed by a fan, passes through a pre treated fine filtration box, and then passes through an activated carbon adsorption layer. The substances are trapped inside by the unique force of activated carbon, and the clean gas is discharged; During the process of passing through activated carbon at high air volume and room temperature, VOCs in the body are adsorbed and purified by activated carbon before being discharged from the outlet.
Daily maintenance of catalytic combustion device
1. Users should regularly inspect and maintain the machine.
2. Regularly clean the dust once, open the power box to clean the dust on the surface of the high-voltage module.
During maintenance, cut off the power supply of the equipment before repairing the electrical appliances.
4. Confirm if the transmission process is smooth. The pipeline entering the catalytic combustion device is smooth and straight, forming a stable and constant flow when the exhaust gas enters the device. The conductive pipeline used is connected with a metal hose to produce a small vibration effect.
5. Equipment maintenance and upkeep space. The machine needs to be installed at the top of the rainproof measures. Machines that are operated for a long time without sufficient maintenance space will require complete disassembly during repairs, resulting in a high workload and potential damage to the machine.
6. To prevent leakage, all connections between flanges and exhaust pipes need to be sealed.
7. The power supply should be grounded and horizontally placed between the ventilation duct and exhaust fan.
8. Carry out the work of discharge foundation.
The consumables of the catalytic combustion device as a whole are the electric heating rod and the catalyst, which are two major components. The lifespan of the electric heating rod is approximately 1-2 years. If the heating rate slows down and the time becomes longer during use, it needs to be replaced with a new one, and the replacement method is relatively simple. The method is as follows:
1. Cut off the power, remove the device panel to expose the catalytic combustion device inside, remove the preheating chamber panel, take out the insulation cotton, confirm the resistance value of the heating tube, and find the damaged heating rod.
2. Remove the fixing bolts of the heating rod, remove the heating tube, and replace it with a heating rod of the same size.;
3. Warm cotton and panels were installed sequentially. The lifespan of catalysts is usually 1-3 years. If the combustion temperature significantly decreases during use, the catalytic activity will decrease, and you need to switch to a new catalytic method.
4. Remove the catalytic framework and old catalyst. As the catalyst contains precious metals, it needs to be processed through identification units.
5. Replace the catalyst with a new one, fill the time layer, require staggered configuration, and then put the catalyst rack back into the machine.
